This transition enables school facilities to address problems faster and be used more efficiently. Recent research clearly shows that direction, with researchers applying the use of IoT to smart campuses, school transportation, and security monitoring.
Real-Time Monitoring Improves School Safety
Real time monitoring of a facility has one of the greatest uses of IoT technology in education. Sensors are capable of transmitting data that previously only constant manual monitoring could ascertain. A connected school facility could monitor:
