The researcher needs to submit the paper via EMS – Editorial Management System. Editorial support staffs shall acknowledge the receipt of the manuscript within 24 hours.

Each submission undergoes detailed review by appointed domain experts and peer-reviews by domain peers. Entire process takes 10-15 days or more, to complete the review process.

Contact the editorial team at editor@ijert.org. Mention the changes and provide the revised manuscript.

Depending on your personal spam filter settings it is possible that the notification email may be directed to your spam folder rather than your inbox. If this is not the case, we request you to escalate the issue to editor@ijert.org. You shall be informed on the status within 24 hours.

No, copyright forms shall be accepted by IJERT only if the submission is accepted for publication.

The conference organizers should apply via EMS-Conference Page. The conference shall be evaluated by IJERT advisory panels. Once approval is granted by the panel, the conference organizers shall be asked to submit the conference proceedings with IJERT. The proceedings shall be published and available in online versions.

Publication of conference proceedings is a IJERT service to the scientific community furthering the journal’s mission to preserve and disseminate scientific knowledge. Need to Pay Nominal Publication Charges to cover editorial expenses –  300/- per Paper.

IJERT typesetting teams shall require a minimum of 15 days (from the date of submission of the proceedings’ papers) to complete the publication process in online formats.

IJERT recommends the conference organizers to accept the final papers according to the IJERT paper template. The set of papers should be submitted to IJERT in DOC/DOCX format.
