Impact Factor is calculated by ISI (Thomson Reuters), and we have applied for the same in 2018 (waiting for results)

The impact factor of a journal is calculated by dividing the number of current year citations to the source items published in that journal during the previous two years.

The 2018 impact factor of a journal would be calculated as follows:

2018 impact factor = A/B.
A = the number of times that all items published in that journal in 2016 and 2017 were cited by indexed publications during 2018.
B = the total number of “citable items” published by that journal in 2016 and 2017. (“Citable items” for this calculation are usually articles, reviews, proceedings, or notes; not editorials or letters to the editor).

Note: We have already applied for Official Impact factor for the Year – 2017-2018.

We have also applied for following journal metrics & approvals in 2018:
